Excellent condition.
Length is 23" from neckline to hem measured at the back seam.
This is pretty much impossible to measure due to the style. It is a very flowy, forgiving top that could fit a range of sizes. Size tag says XS, but I could see this working for a small or medium as well. It reminds me more of a cape. It has one left arm "sleeve" and then the other side is just a slit for your arm to come out like a cape would have. It is meant to go off the shoulder on the right arm but I was having a hard time showing it on the mannequin because she doesn't have arms.
